Whitakers' fundraising event for Breast Cancer Now - the results!

£743 has been raised for Breast Cancer Now following on from our charity raffle! 

We’d like to say a huge congratulations to Karen who organised this all, from collecting the prizes, to raising awareness and putting together the raffle. Karen works within our Sutton sales team and is a much valued team member. BCN was chosen as Karen has been supported personally by this charity and wanted to give back to them. 

The other lovely ladies in our Sutton office also made this possible by organising the event, ensuring it ran smoothly. They got stuck into setting up flyers to raise awareness and even did some baking for the coffee morning we held! A special mention is needed for Jemma, Sam and Leanne at our Anlaby Road office, who put together the gift voucher prize! Another thank you is owed to our amazing staff members at Whitakers, who took part so enthusiastically and promoted the event to their friends and famillies too. 

We would also like to say a huge thank you to the incredible local businesses who donated prizes and got involved themselves: Setting Standards, Debbie Wilkinson Photography, King Seddy Cakes, Lowgate Garage Ltd, Makeover Studio Hull, Courtney’s Nail Bar, Church Street Coffee & Kitchen, Bed Boutique, LMWbeauty and Boots UK!
